the location was acceptable. breakfast was a simple offering.
my room felt quite dated. the furniture looked old and tired. the toilet seat had some damage, it was eventually removed and remained unreplaced, dissapointing. it looked incomplete, it felt overlooked.

The room looked quite dated. The furniture seemed old and worn. I found several hairs in the bathroom. It seemed like it lacked proper cleaning. I expected better for the price.

The location was superb, a very short walk to the historic city center (about ten minutes). the staff were accommodating and friendly. They offered good local restaurant recommendations. the breakfast included varied choices and table service. This provided a relaxing start to the day.
the door locks seemed dated, making me feel slightly uneasy at times.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious, exactly as I hoped.
The front desk staff were not helpful. I overheard them make rude comments in Italian, which I understood. It made me uncomfortable. The floors in my room were also not clean and dusty.

the breakfast offered good options. i found a bowl of fruit, pastries, bread, salami and cheese on my table (it was a nice touch!). the staff were really friendly and helpful. it is always good to have that.
the hotel felt a little old and could use some updates. the room had tile floors, so i heard neighbors moving around. i also had some trouble with the showerhead and the water pressure wasn't great.
